(1) Pursuant to this Act, an industry or a person having ownership in such an industry may authorize any person to carry out some or all of the work he is required to do.
(2) In order to act according to the authorization given under sub-section (1), a copy of such authorization must be certified by a notary public and provided to the industry registration body. The body registering the purpose may see the copy of such authorization if it deems it necessary.
